Pre-Order Policy

One Stop Poké Mart allows you to pre order items before they are available in store. 

As product release dates keep changing,  please check the pre-order product's page for the most up to date information on ETA as we receive it. 

  1. Definition: A pre-order is a customer's purchase of a product before it becomes available for sale to the general public.

  2. Availability: The estimated availability date for pre-ordered items is provided by the manufacturer and subject to change. We will make every effort to inform customers of any changes as soon as possible.

  3. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of pre-order. If we are unable to fulfill a pre-order, a full refund will be issued.

  4. Cancellation: Pre-orders can be cancelled at any time before the item becomes available. A full refund will be issued for cancellations.

  5. Changes: Product specifications and the estimated availability date are subject to change without notice. We will make every effort to inform customers of any changes as soon as possible.

  6. Shipping: Pre-ordered items will be shipped as soon as they become available. Shipping fees apply and will be charged at the time of shipping.

  7. Priority: Pre-orders will be fulfilled in the order in which they were received.

  8. Additional Items: If your cart contains a "pre-order" item, the entire order will be prepared when all items are available. This is generally the day prior to the product's scheduled release date. If there are multiple "pre-order" items, your order will be prepared once the final item is available. 

    Please note that the manufacturer of each product has the right to change the scheduled release date.
