Pre-Order Policy
One Stop Poké Mart allows you to pre order items before they are available in store.
As product release dates keep changing, please check the pre-order product's page for the most up to date information on ETA as we receive it.

Definition: A pre-order is a customer's purchase of a product before it becomes available for sale to the general public.

Availability: The estimated availability date for pre-ordered items is provided by the manufacturer and subject to change. We will make every effort to inform customers of any changes as soon as possible.

Payment: Full payment is required at the time of pre-order. If we are unable to fulfill a pre-order, a full refund will be issued.

Cancellation: Pre-orders can be cancelled if the item remains in stock on our website at the same price when you request cancellation.
If the item is sold out or has changed in price, the pre-order can’t be cancelled or refunded. Change-of-mind cancellations are not guaranteed, as we secure stock based on confirmed customer orders. -
Changes: Product specifications and the estimated availability date are subject to change without notice. We will make every effort to inform customers of any changes as soon as possible.

Shipping: Pre-ordered items will be shipped as soon as they become available. Shipping fees apply and will be charged at the time of shipping.

Priority: Pre-orders will be fulfilled in the order in which they were received.
- Additional Items: If your cart contains a "pre-order" item, the entire order will be prepared when all items are available. This is generally the day prior to the product's scheduled release date. If there are multiple "pre-order" items, your order will be prepared once the final item is available.
Please note that the manufacturer of each product has the right to change the scheduled release date.
