All orders will ship within 48 Hours of being placed. We ship mostly through Australia Post and pack carefully to ensure your goodies arrive safe.
Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday - Friday. Weekend orders will be dispatched on the Monday.
"Pre-Order" and "Back-Order" Items
If your cart contains a "pre-order" item, the entire order will be prepared when all items are available. This is generally the day prior to the product's scheduled release date. If there are multiple "pre-order" items, your order will be prepared once the final item is available.
Please note that the manufacturer of each product has the right to change the scheduled release date.
Flat Rate Shipping on Domestic Orders
One Stop Pokè Mart provides flat rate shipping* for both regular and express services for standard size parcels Australia Wide.
Tracking number will be provided & Postage is calculated at time of ordering.
Express Shipping Delivery Times
If you are within the Australia Post Express Next Day Delivery Network (http://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/delivery-areas.html) your order should be received the next business day. If not, it may take upto 3 business days.
Domestic Shipping Restrictions
We are currently unable to dispatch to "parcel locker" locations as provided by companies such as Australia Post. In the event that your order has this type of address listed for delivery, the team may reach out to request a fixed address such as a business workplace or home address.
Returns
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you have ordered an in-stock item and we discover that the item is not in the stated condition during packing or no longer in-stock, we will refund the purchase price of the item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
